Return & Exchange Policy

At Letstrack, our top priority is making sure you're completely happy with every purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your order, just know that we're here to assist you.

Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.

  • Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from shop.letstrack.in.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or accidents are not eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Items can be exchanged if they are defective, damaged, or delivered incorrectly.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for an exchange request with photographic evidence of the issue.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item).

  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

How to Request a Return

  • Order ID

  • Product Name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

Exceptions

  • Sale items, promotional giveaways, or gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Products purchased from third-party sellers or retailers must follow their return policy.
